**Company Description**:AST is a leading company in the metalworking sector, specializing in manufacturing and supplying high-quality metal components.
With over 18 years of experience, we focus on delivering innovative and customized solutions to our clients across various industries.The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales and business development efforts, focusing on client prospecting, quotation management, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
The role requires technical knowledge, particularly in reading and interpreting technical drawings, and preferably a background in engineering or technical fields.
**Responsibilities**:- Identify and prospect new clients in potential markets.- Prepare and manage technical and commercial quotations.- Analyze technical drawings to understand and fulfill customer requirements.- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure client specifications are met.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.- Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.- Attend trade fairs and industry events to promote the company's products and services.- Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to management.
**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic Engineering, or related fields (preferred).- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical or industrial sales, ideally in the metalworking sector.- Advanced knowledge of technical drawings and their interpretation.- Proven negotiation skills and ability to develop strong business relationships.- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.- Availability to travel as required by the role.- Technical English proficiency (required).
