Gerente De Calidad

Specific Functions:

- Provide training in quality assurance and related techniques to personnel involved in the quality system.
- Conduct effective work meeting with plant personnel to carry out actions that lead to the improvement of the product and process quality.
- To carry out improvement plans for the quality system and quality management in coordination with each department involved.
- Create, manage and improve the quality processes and procedures, as well as the areas involved.
- Develop budgets for the department and its work needs, implementation of improvements and initiatives.
- Present to the plant manager the results and/or quality indicators (Customer complaints, response time, recurrences, internal complaints, internal and external audits) of the plant according to the established periods.

Education And Computer Skills:

- Microsoft Office
- University Degree
- Intermediate level office automation skills.
- Proficient in Office Fluxmeters, Vernier, Micrometer or other measuring instruments.
- Excellent mathematical ability, professional knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis.

Labor Expertise:

- 3 Year of expertise in similar position
- 5 Year in the automotive Industrial, Lamination (Preferably)

- English 90%
