**Quality Control Manager**:**General Functions**- Insures the compliance to quality objectives (quality costs, customer satisfaction, etc.)
and the effectiveness of corrective measures.- Coordinates the fulfillment of the inspection procedures (raw material and/or processes and final product) to insure the quality requirements.- Develops and analyzes process performance by comparing statistical data and acceptance criteria seeking more efficient costs and cycle times, guaranteeing product quality and reliability.- Coordinates the management of quality systems and applicable certification systems (ISO, QS, FDA, etc.)
including the development, maintenance and updating of documentation, processes, and records.
**SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS**1.
Ensure the operation of quality control processes.2.
Review and adaptation of quality criteria.3.
Supervision and management of the personnel in charge.4.
Identification of deviations in the processes that affect the quality of the final product.5.
Carrying out statistical analyzes regarding the defects identified in the final product.6.
Ensure the correct follow-up to customer complaints and requirements.7.
Active participation in improvement and production meetings**Requirements**:- Engineering Degree.- Experience required: more than 5 years at the managerial level within the quality area.- Advanced English.- Can train or coordinate total or a part of the training related to the quality system.- Certification desirable (ASQ, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.
).- Knowledge in APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan- Knowledge in IATF 16949 (preferent)- Requires outstanding communication skills (both Written and Verbal).
