**Roles, responsibilities and authority**- Inventory control of raw material and finished product- Manage the budget of the area and achieve the assigned cost model.- Manage normal and special transportation as effectively as possible.- Ensure monitoring and compliance with the area's operating system- Compliance with internal control requirements at all times.- Ensure that the performance of work is done in compliance with safety rules.- Ensure compliance with the delivery of requirements to our clients.- Achieve the maintenance of the facilities and equipment required in the area.- Ensure the necessary training of area personnel to achieve effective performance- Development of cost reduction projects and continuous improvement.**Job Skills**- Mastery of the English language at a minimum of 70%- Knowledge and experience in personnel management- Teamwork- Adaptation to change.- Knowledge of SAP- Strategic Planning.- Results oriented.Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
