**Position Purpose**RESPONSIBLE TO DEVELOP NEW MARKET SEGMENTS FOR COMMERCIAL; NATIONAL KEY ACCOUNTS, GOVERNMENT, COMPANY FLEETS AND OTHERS SIMMILARS. HE WILL CREATE AND IMPLEMENT THE STRATEGIES AND TACTICS AS WELL AS THE POLICIES, PROCEDURES AND COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS TO DEVELOP EACH AND EVERY OF THIS HIGHLY SPECIALIZED SEGMENTS.**Primary Accountabilities**- Search for new market segments as key accounts, national and regional car service franchises, company fleets, and other specialized service centers, establishing business relationship with the top desition makers or business owners.- Gatter information from key accounts to create pricing strategies with merchandising team, always ensuring long-term buiness relationships and benefits for the company.- Create policies, proceses and procedures for key accounts, exchange best practices with the national accounts team in Memphis and evaluate their implementation in Mexico.- Develop KPIS to measure the success of new business using customized reports to follow up performance and opportunities in terms of sales, gross profit, gross margin, rebates, etc.- Collaborate in the design of the training programs to develop the skills needed by the TSM´s to attract and develop key accounts and serve them on an every day basis.- Identify opportunities for improvement in operational practices at store and field levels, market mapping processes, documentation of success stories and assess their implementation troughout the chain- Maintain a close relationship with the areas commercial, process improvement, training, field and stores.**Education & Experience**Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: management, sales and marketing, finance or administrativeYears of Experience: Three to five years.Type of Experience: customers service, sales, management.Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Sales, Marketing, ManagementOther/Preferred: Market Research, Finance, Management
