Position PurposeResponsible for developing new market segments for commercial; national key accounts, government, company fleets, and other similar sectors. The role involves creating and implementing strategies, tactics, policies, procedures, and commercial conditions to develop these highly specialized segments.Primary AccountabilitiesSearch for new market segments such as key accounts, national and regional car service franchises, company fleets, and other specialized service centers, establishing business relationships with top decision-makers or business owners.Gather information from key accounts to create pricing strategies with the merchandising team, ensuring long-term business relationships and benefits for the company.Create policies, processes, and procedures for key accounts, exchange best practices with the national accounts team in Memphis, and evaluate their implementation in Mexico.Develop KPIs to measure the success of new business using customized reports to follow up on performance and opportunities in terms of sales, gross profit, gross margin, rebates, etc.Collaborate in the design of training programs to develop the skills needed by TSMs to attract and develop key accounts and serve them on a daily basis.Identify opportunities for improvement in operational practices at store and field levels, market mapping processes, documentation of success stories, and assess their implementation throughout the chain.Maintain a close relationship with commercial, process improvement, training, field, and store areas.Education & ExperienceLevel of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Management, sales and marketing, finance, or administration.Years of Experience: Three to five years.Type of Experience: Customer service, sales, management.Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Sales, Marketing, Management.Other/Preferred: Market Research, Finance, Management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
