And transfers to different places in the republic when required.**Objective of the position**:**-**Establish the model, strategy and tactics for the development of the business. As well as establishing agreements with new pharmaceutical sponsors, control and monitoring of contracts and budget, guaranteeing a good portfolio of sponsors and research sites, through the successful fulfillment of objectives that favor the health and continuous improvement of patients.**Main responsibilities of the position**:Locate and propose new agreements with pharmaceutical sponsors.Establish potential negotiations and agreements by analyzing market positioning strategies, requirements, potential and contractual finances and evaluation of options.Develop strategies and negotiation proposals integrating a new project into the strategies and operations of the company; and therefore examine risks and opportunities; Estimate the needs and objectives of sponsors.Close new agreements and contracts with sponsors and clinical research sites, through the continuous analysis of customer needs.Liaise with the sponsor from the request for services to the delivery of the final study report.Identify and ensure the necessary resources for the fulfillment of the projects according to the needs of each department, as well as the analysis of the state of the budget and viability of the project.Train department staff in SOPs and Business Development issues.Prepare and review the procedures of the Business Development Department.Carry out additional activities to those described, depending on their skills and training, when designated by the CEO.We offer:Salary up to $ 40,000.00 per month free according to verifiable experience
