The Sales Support Supervisor is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to deliver a full range of sales support activities in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of support services to sales people and client segments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a team by coaching members, conducting performance evaluations, and recommending personnel action such as hiring, disciplinary actions and termination
- Review and assist target setting, performance plans, and coaching plans for sales
- Plan and implement training programs and monitor efficacy as well as assist management to improve coaching
- Project and forecast annual sales metrics and assign sales quotas, targets, and goals; analyze sales data and develop plans to reduce performance gaps
- Execute weekly sales team meetings with internal/external stakeholders
- Conduct performance reviews for each portfolio with initiatives to improve sales results
- Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends provided by the front line and communicate results to leadership team
**Qualifications**:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Previous leadership and sales experience preferred
- Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
- Demonstrated organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
