The role of the Commercial Excellence Manager will be responsible for leading the interpretation of data, analysis, and customer insights throughout the Region across LATAM through a strong collaboration with commercial analysts and supporting the Finance areas and the commercial team.
They will serve as a key integrator of information gathered from various sources, designing visualization tools to help review and interpret meaningful information to identify growth opportunities and market trends and support decision-making.
They will provide analytical insights through data analysis and market research to the LATAM leadership team to understand the business and identify potential opportunities for future growth. This person will be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidates information through the development of methodologies and processes for field analysis, reports, and monthly reviews to support LATAM's business strategy.
- Identify and define new opportunities for business process improvement.
- Develop and maintain a sustainable and reliable database for a single One-Source-of-Data to keep the LATAM leadership team informed and understand growth opportunities.
- It integrates market demand models, financial analysis and the income statement at the regional level, integrating models and organizing data in easy-to-analyze formats.
- Create standardized data visualization solutions that generate reports for the executive team, such as monthly dashboards with market data - market share, market trends and prices; identifies relevant data sources; Identifies opportunities for accelerated business growth based on gathered intelligence and understanding of the regional and country market: Develops price and volume analysis to better support business decisions.
- Supports the sales and marketing team by providing recommendations of monitored market trends.
- Design the right methodologies to make better use of customer insights and market research.
- Manages the Sales Force Platform, manages the CRM developing simple visualization reports so that they can be interpreted by the Sales Force.
- Coordinate with her team standardized reports to measure the opportunity, productivity and quality of contacts in the CRM, manages the sales opportunity data in the CRM, developing standardized reports of the record of all interactions with customers.
- Automate daily tasks with workflows, gain insights into pipeline health as well as project future sales with the help of AI.
Basic Requirements:
- BS/BA degree.
- 4+ years of experience in the areas of Business Intelligence, Market Research, or Commercial Excellence.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Preferred Requirements:
- prior background in the healthcare industry highly preferred.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize with extensive experience managing databases.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage large projects and execute them.
- Ability to work across functions and countries.
- Presentation and communication skills in English and Spanish at an advanced level, with the ability to communicate fluently (verbal, written, and reading).
