**Education**: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree in International Business or equivalent is preferred.
**It is indispensable to have a valid visa and passport.**
**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of export, preferably in the food industry. Demonstrated experience in opening markets in the United States and Latin America.
**Technical Skills**:
- High level of knowledge of export procedures, customs regulations, and international trade agreements.
- Ability to develop market expansion strategies and establish strong business relationships.
- Experience in managing customer portfolios and distribution networks abroad.
**Personal Competencies**:
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish.
- Results-oriented and ability to work under pressure to achieve sales objectives and market expansion.
- Proactivity and ability to make strategic decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and multicultural environments.
- Willingness to travel frequently, as per business needs.
The Export Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating activities related to the expansion of international markets, with a primary focus on the United States and Latin America, for a company in the food industry. Their main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing export strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's presence in the United States and Latin America.
- Identifying and evaluating business opportunities abroad, including market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
- Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with potential customers, distributors, and strategic partners in target markets.
- Managing the existing customer portfolio and developing action plans to increase sales and market share.
- Supervising compliance with international trade regulations and documentation of export shipments.
