El Gerente de Mantenimiento es responsable de supervisar la ejecución de los mantenimientos correctivos asi como la de programar los mantenimientos preventivos y predictivos para lograr un 95 % de disponibilidad de los equipos para producción.
Se asegura que las instalaciones se encuentren funcionando al 100%, Participa en Mejoras de planta, Modificaciones a layout, garantizar la seguridad y la operacion eficiente de los equipos.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:
1.
Coordinar Mantenimientos Preventivos y Correctivos
2.
Actualizar mantenimientos existentes de plantas transferidas
3.
Registrar gráficas de tiempo perdido y disponibilidad de equipos
4.
Generar PMs para equipos nuevos
5.
Generar lista de Spare Parts para equipos
6.
Participar en mejoras a los equipos
7.
Soporte a Ingeniería cuando sea necesario
8.
Soporte a EHS cuando se necesario
8.
Soporte a Técnicos cuando sea necesario
REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES:
1.
Titulo en Ingeniaria Electromecanica o afin
2.
+5 Años de experiência en supervision de area de Mantenimiento
3.
Manejo de maquinas y herramientas
4.
Conocimiento de ISO 9001:2015, 14001, OSHA 18000
5.Conocimiento de sistemas hidráulicos, compresores, instalaciones eléctricas, instalaciones contra-incendios, soldadura, etc.
6.Conocimientos de procesos de Moldeo
7.Conocimiento sobre Lean Manufacuring-Deseable-.8.Manejo de presupuestos.
9.
Experiência en manejo y planeación de proyectos.
10.Ingles 60% (escrito y habalado)
