Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of facilities maintenance management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Fluent in English.Proven track record of managing maintenance teams and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in CMMS and other maintenance management tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.Knowledge of BMS, HVAC systems, and other critical facility infrastructure.Responsibilities:Oversee the maintenance of all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and building management systems.Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of all facility assets.Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize disruption to production and other operations.Drive the implementation of systems such as BMS, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and other technologies to enhance maintenance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and maintenance activities, implementing corrective actions where needed.Maintain a safe work environment, promoting safety protocols and ensuring staff adherence to safety guidelines.Budget Management.Project Management.Emergency Response and Troubleshooting.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per monthWork Location: On-site#J-18808-Ljbffr
