Zona: OtayResponsibilities:Lead a team of Maintenance Technicians to support all functions of the fabrication plant's operation.Ensure that work is completed in accordance with all Safety Policies and Procedures.Manage the maintenance, repair, and/or replacement of plant equipment and systems while ensuring maximum production quantity and quality.Perform Maintenance tasks as needed to support the Operation.Coordinate activities of outside contractors as needed for facility Maintenance.Support the policies, goals, and objectives of the company.Minimum Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in mechanical and/or electrical engineering or at least 5 years of experience in the Maintenance Manager Role.Additional experience in project management and supervision of direct reports within a production environment is highly desirable.At least 3-4 years experience leading teams in a production environment consisting of mechanics and electrical technicians.At least 5 years experience in the electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic fields and the ability to demonstrate high proficiency in these areas.A thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic components and equipment including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes.Strong knowledge of Ergonomics and Lean Manufacturing. A working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, & Preventive Maintenance Systems.Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedure/product manuals and safety rules. Ability to write general reports and business correspondence.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
