.POSITION OBJECTIVE The main goal of the Fabrication Maintenance Manager is to manage all resources to ensure equipment availability and efficiency. This position is responsible for managing the CFC and Machining areas and fostering a great working environment among team members. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Define vision and strategy sustainability plan. Manage and follow-up on continuous improvement. Manage and follow-up on internal and external KPI strategies of the company. Lead and promote the introduction of new technology and better efficiency in processes. Manage and motivate compliance with Mexican laws and our internal EHS Strategy. Define and manage the Financial Budget exercise and efficiently manage resources to meet financial commitments. Manage and follow-up on BRPMS strategy and action plans. Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the director. Promote BRP values and behaviors with the team to achieve internal policy goals. Manage and follow-up on the office vibe program to ensure good team performance. Enforce Quality BRP policy and ISO-9001 standards. Provide total support to the team to ensure all goals are achieved on time. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Knowledge of Mexican and international norms (NOM, OSHAS, ISO-9001) for risk management. Experience in business continuity, change management, and emergency preparedness. Strong knowledge in project and maintenance management. Strong problem-solving and risk analysis abilities. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar. Specialty: Maintenance Engineering. Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role and/or technical experience in metal mechanics processes and equipment, including PLC controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, metrology, and flexible assembly. Language: Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal). English (written and verbal, minimum 80%). Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
