1. Participate in the process of Strategic Planning of the plant, as well as to promote the Values and promote the culture of the organization. 2. Responsible for defining and tracking your department's Scorecard indicators, as well as contributing to the achievement of the company's Scorecard. 3. Responsible for the training of the personnel in charge, ensure that the training plans are up to date, and the staff trained and documented correctly. 4. Responsible for monitoring compliance with guidelines in the areas of Manufacturing. 5. It manages production areas products that meet customer demands. Manages the Processes and Resources (Internal and External) required to produce, and ship finished products. Plan and organize all production activities within departments, including planning, scheduling, documentation, overtime, and work shifts. 6. Responsible for keeping up-to-date manufacturing capacity studies that are at your own risk and making recommendations to maintain capacity levels according to requirements. 7. Provide support in conjunction with Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, Quality and Production in researching and solving product quality issues such as customer complaints and/or rejections of noncompliant material. 8. Project Management and Troubleshooting following the Lean -Six Sigma methodology
