Gerente De Marketing / Digital Marketing Manager

**Digital Marketing Manager (remote, work from Home Office position)**Responsible for overseeing the Marketing and Lead Generation efforts for our company. This includes: strategy, overseeing sub-contractors for Google Adwords, and developing and managing the campaigns on Social Media and LinkedIn so that we can generate awareness of our services within the Construction Industry. We are a pioneer in the Construction industry and looking to grow aggressively over the next 5 years.**Essential Functions**- Oversee strategy, refinement, updates, and creation of all current and future digital efforts including:- Websites- Social media (Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn): editorial calendar, post/response monitoring, execution of all posts/campaigns- Blogs- Videos & Explainer videos- SEO- Paid campaigns- Manage the projects that are outsourced to professionals for Content Writing, explainer videos, Adwords, and other areas. Plan and execute campaigns and digital assets to help impact the ability to achieve the sales plan.- Analyze trends, evaluate data and generate reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency, providing specific recommendations to optimize current efforts and to incorporate industry best practices.- Oversee Lead Generation to ensure we are achieving the company goals (leads, quality, revenue)- Collaborate and contribute to quarterly/annual planning.Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.**Education and Experience****Required**- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field with a minimum of five years related experience in a marketing role or in the marketing industry OR Master's degree in same fields with a minimum of 2 years related experience in a marketing role or in the marketing industry.- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising and monitoring, blog programming, and basic photo editing.**Bonuses: for achieving Lead Generation goals monthly.**Pay: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Marketing and Digital Marketing: 5 years (preferred)
