Job Description: Generic Functions: 1. Fulfill the responsibility of foreseeing, controlling and eradicating non-conformities that arise in products, processes, Certification Systems: IATFS 16949 and the comprehensive system (ISO 14001 2015/ ISO45001 2018), with an orientation to continuous improvement.
2. Avoid and/or report any activity that generates or may generate environmental impacts that affect internally and/or externally.
3. Make decisions and actions related to the required changes in the environmental policy, objectives and other elements of the Environmental Management System II.
Specific Functions 1. Warehouses 1.1 Supervise the correct administration and control of raw material and finished product warehouses. 1.2 Guarantee the supply of raw materials and accessories for ordinary production and new projects. 1.3 Coordinate and supervise activities to improve the logistics of supplying raw materials and/or finished products. 1.4 Supervise cycle counting activities in the raw material and finished product warehouse. 1.5 Minimize transportation costs, selecting the safest and most convenient options for national freight.
2. Planning and programming.
2.1 Manage and control production planning and scheduling systems, through the use of the BPCS/VANGUARD system. 2.2 Determine and communicate the production plan, weekly (5 weeks), based on the vision of the demand loaded in the system. 2.3 Monitor and guarantee compliance with shipments daily, through the use of DHO REPORT. 2.4 Guarantee the Delivery Rating with clients greater than 98%.
3. Purchasing 3.1 Maintain Continuous Improvement in the supply of raw materials, accessories and finished products. 3.2 Ensure that indirect purchases are executed in a timely manner. 3.3 Get involved in improvement projects that favor improvement in the reduction of raw material costs, as well as consumable expenses for production. 3.4 Manage expenses according to the budget established by the finance area. 3.5 Establish new negotiations with suppliers that can benefit the company by obtaining savings for indirect material. 3.6 Guarantee the supply of the M.P. through the use of DHO.
4. Inventories 4.1 Supervise the execution of cycle counts in the system according to the ABC policy. 4.2 Plan and coordinate the completion of physical inventories. 4.3 Guarantee inventory levels according to the production plan and forecast. 4.4 Report inventory levels to Plant Management. (BOS Charts) 4.5 Analyze the results of physical inventories and execute corrective actions. 4.6 Guarantee compliance with engineering changes, together with the Program Manager to avoid obsolescence and guarantee the supply of new components.
5. Finances 5.1 Prepare a forecast report for the next three months every Wednesday and send it to the Plant Management and Comptroller. 4.7 Determine the obsolete and slow moving reserve on a quarterly basis according to the policy. 5.2 Prepare the inventory forecast monthly and quarterly. 5.3 Preparation of annual budget, expenses by department, CAPEX, inventories, Head Count. 5.4 Manage and control Premium freights through the authorization format and corporate database
