He/she will help develop, and implement a culture of Continuous Improvement across all the areas and departments. He/she will help creating standards that will be used as the guidelines for the operations in the plants. According to de HPS Model.**S**u**p**e**rv**is**o**r**y R**e**s**p**o**ns**i**b**ili**t**i**e**s**:- HPS Area Manager.- HPS Leader.- As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).**Responsibilities**:- Be in charge of the Certification Program for Team Leaders.- Authorized and Update documents and standards that belong to the HPS department.- Train all personnel in the HPS standards and tools.- Support the Problem Solving Process.- Keep the Issue Tracking Data Base updated for A3.- Keep the 5S's standards and KPI updated.- Perform gap analysis to identify deficiencies in business processes and programs, and recommending adjustments to programs and/or processes- Link process deficiencies directly to bottom line impact- Lead cross-functional project teams formed to implement change and drive continuous improvement- Use appropriate problem-solving tools to provide rapid improvement with sustainable results- Ensure adherence to standard processes for data collection, documentation and reporting- Plan budget and manages costs related to operational excellence initiatives.- Other activities as required by the NA Sr. HPS Manager.**Ba**s**i**c **Q**u**a**li**f**ic**at**i**on**s**:- Integrity.- Innovation.- Inclusion.- Teamwork & Respect.- Excellence.- Engineering Career.- Problem Solving skills.- 5 or more years of experience in similar position**Pr**efe**r**r**ed **Q**u**a**li**f**ic**at**i**on**s**:- Leadership.- Change Orientation.- Collaboration.- Judgment.- Result Driven.
