**Responsibilities**
- Your marketing role will involve devising strategies and tactics to raise awareness of our company. This responsibility underscores your potential impact on our growth and success. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, curation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
- As a marketer, you'll be responsible for creating valuable and engaging content for our website. This role not only demonstrates your creativity but also your ability to attract and convert our target groups. Build strategic relationships and partners with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget quarterly and annually and allocate funds wisely.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures, e-blasts, and industry publications.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrable experience in marketing coordinator or similar role oriented to the United States market.
- Have a track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for excellent copy and witty communication (English Spanish)
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement, together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
- Willingness to travel for trade markets and training purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
Pay: $22,000.00 per month
