.**Vacante para la empresa NAPS México en Tijuana, Baja California**:**PLANT MANAGER****SALARY: More than $*USA Dollars per year plus benefits****OBJECTIVE**:Plans, Organizes, Directs, and Controls manufacturing activities (Production and Maintenance) to ensure that the manufacture of goods meets volume, quality, and cost requirements within the established time frame in an efficient manner. Maintain standards across all shifts and communicate effectively and proactively with US businesses.**MAIN FUNCTIONS**:- Implements established procedures and maintains and improves standards with a focus on all departments.
