Job Description**Job Description**:The Plant Manager will oversee all day-to-day plant, production, and manufacturing operations to ensure that regulations and procedures are followed. Develop processes that maximize administration, safety, quality and productivity.**Requirements**:Bilingual.University degree in EngineeringAt least 3 years of experience as a Plant or Operations Manager, being responsible for various departments such as Production, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality.Minimum of three years current or previous experience in the automotive industry in the position of plant managerSolid knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.P&L management.**Responsibilities**:Full responsibility for the operation and production of the plant.Carry out and execute strategic business planning.Responsible for staff development.Ensure that the plant meets corporate quality requirements and standards.Ensure a safe work environment.Seek continuous improvement of the different departments.Skills & Competencies:Problem solving, Effective communication, Strategic mentality.Persuasion and influence, Adaptability.Position type: Full time**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per monthPosition type: Full time**Aviable places**1**Minimum salary**$100000.00**Maximum salary**$170000.00**Type of salary**To review during interview**Type of workday**Full day**Type of contract**Undefined time
