The _**_Portfolio _**_Manager _**_role is responsible for designing and implementing strategies (short, medium and long term) that allow for the field displacement of the focus products by segment, as well as ensuring compliance with the sales budget._
**_Portfolio Manager_**_ _LAN will report to MKT Manager LAN._
- RESPONSABILITIES_
- _Design and execute strategies (short, medium and long term) that guarantee compliance with the commercial LAN budget and by segment._
- _Design and implement strategies (short, medium and long term) that guarantee the displacement of the FMC portfolio in the field._
- _Safeguard the profitability of FMC's portfolio, as well as prepare its forecast._
- _Financially and technically validate global and regional projects._
- _Develop, implement and monitor the global strategies of the segment._
- _Coordinate and lead the process of label extensions and new projects (accompanying R&D and Regulatory)._
- _Plan and execute new product launches._
- _Design, implement and correctly execute the commercial policies of FMC._
- _Analyze and define market access and potential by crop / region / portfolio, as well as monitor and define prices according to the market._
- _Define the business development plan to ensure the introduction and correct technical positioning of the portfolio._
- _Define the growth plan of the portfolio based on the potential of the market._
- _Coordinate, participate and follow up on product management meetings in the LAN region._
- QUALIFICATIONS_
- _Professional in Agronomy, Engineering, Cs. MKT or related_
- _MBA, postgraduate or specialization_
- _6+ years of experience in commercial/MKT area management and teams in crop protection companies_
- Key knowledge and skills:_
- _High capacity for market analysis and relationship with the industry_
- _High planning capacity (strategic for sales => medium and long terms)_
- _Ability to develop and conduct executive presentations and effective meetings_
- _Account management_
- _Fluency in English_
- _Advanced management of the office package_
