Position : Process ManagerDepartment: Operations Manager and Regional Process ManagerReports To: Technical Services ManagerStatus: Full Time/Salary ExemptJob Competency Requirements: Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Engineering orequivalent experience along with the knowledge, skill and mental developmentequivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.Job Summary: To define optimal molding processes for products and train technicalteams on achieving same results.Job Functions:1. Responsible for AQP and PPAP requirements per AIAG Standards2. Problem solving on QPR format.3. Responsible for all processes and mold related items.4. Mold Management - track location, cost, PM, quotes.5. Train technicians in mold set-up, molding processing6. Establish mold documentation and maintain documentation.7. Sample new materials and molds.8. Optimization of molding processes.9. Define training requirements of maintenance technicians and train internally as needed.10. Mold repair and reduction of root causes of failure modes.11. Must have basic knowledge of IATF, ISO 14001 and know the Quality Policy.12. Follow the safety rules, report safety problems and all injuries, regardless of severity.13. Ensure plant safety and 5S housekeeping standards are maintained.14. Manage and direct personnel as required.15.
