Assign and supervise personnel managing workflow and the successful completion of projects. - Plans, executes, analyses, corrects the effectiveness of manpower utilization and staffing needs. - Prepares reports on production and completion dates. - Maintains Production and Time records. - Problem solving with a critical thinking approach. Appraises the performance of subordinates and recommends the appropriate development plans. - Trains and/or coordinates training of new workers. - Recommends/initiates promotions, transfers, dismissals, and disciplinary actions based on RIT and policies. - Estimates, Request, Inspects, and safekeeps components, raw materials, and subassemblies. - Coordinates all material transactions with warehouse to assure inventory accuracy (including scrap) -. Designs, and implements process improvements using different continuous improvement techniques. - Maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of process and functions. - Coordinates with Maintenance to keep equipment in optimal conditions.
