TeeBlox is an online fulfillment company that is looking for a general manager to run our Direct-to
- Garment Print-on-Demand production facility in Ensenada, MX. TeeBlox is a subsidiary of SwiftPOD LLC, a US Based company with over 400 employees worldwide. Since our inception in 2020, we have been growing triple digits year over year fulfilling over 35,000 unique garment per a day. Currently, we have operations in Philippines, Vietnam, and USA. We currently have three locations: California, Nevada, and Texas.

For us to continue to grow, we are expanding operations to Mexico. If you are interested in starting at ground zero and have the experience to manage and grow production, we are looking for you!

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and communicate feedback for our US team
- Execute on new implementations of our internal technologies
- Conduct continuous quality check to ensure high quality deliveries
- Reporting and managing team's performance to ensure high results.
- Meet strict production SLAs
- Quickly solve issues in fulfillment process
- Ensure that production is constantly flowing
- Fix machine issues quality to ensure low down time.
- Manage annual performance review for staff
- Build initial leadership team.
- Analyze performance metrics and work with staff and team for continuous growth.Skills
- Ability to interact and communicate with US team to ingest and execute new implementations
- Ability to be neutral and fair for all employees
- Communicate and motivate staff to meet production SLA
- Basic understanding of digital printing equipment for maintenance - Ability to be productive with small or big team.
- Review, digest, and communicate reports
- Quickly problem solver with cost in mind.
