Production Manager you will be responsible for the entire production floor for both first and second shift.Your main objective is to ensure production schedule, quality and production standards are met.As a manager, you shall promote teamwork, harmony and discipline to achieve the expected results.**Key Responsibilities and Priorities**:Review prodcution requirement with plant manager to ensure production requirements are met.Provide clear guidance to supervisor and direct staff for short and long term plans to be executed.Solve technical problems that can hinder the production flow and operation of the machineUtilize existing KPI and develop new KPI to ensure efficacies are metFocus on training and improving human capital and promote independency within the technicians, so they can accomplish their task with mínimal supervisionReviewManage and implement continuous improvement plan in concert with management and headquarter in USABe a multi tasker with ability to set priorities to best support the production floor**Qualification and experience**Solid knowledge of CNC operation, programming, tools and bets practiceExperience on Horizontal, vertical and LatheAt least 5 years in similar capacity with preference of AerospaceMotivated and self-driven with positive attitude and passion for continuous improvementMaster in reading blue print and understanding of GD&TProficiency in use of measuring equipment such as Caliper, Micrometer, height gage, etc.Good English speaking abilityEngineering or othertechnical degree is an advantageFavor de mandar su CV a los corre 9478805
