.Job Overview:The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle of white goods such as refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners, including market research, product definition, development, promotion, P&L managing.
This position requires strong market insight, product planning abilities, and collaboration skills with R&D, sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure white goods maintain a competitive edge in a highly competitive market.Main Responsibilities:1.Market Research and Demand Analysis:- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor products, and consumer needs to develop product strategies and directions.- Collect customer feedback and conduct data analysis to continuously improve existing products.2.Product Definition and Development:- Define product functions, specifications, and target markets based on market research findings.- Work closely with the R&D team to drive the development of new products and ensure timely and quality product launches.- Manage the entire product development process, including writing requirement documents, creating roadmaps, and managing iterations.3.Product Launch and Promotion:- Develop and execute product launch plans, coordinating with marketing, sales, and channel departments to ensure successful market entry.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional and marketing strategies to boost brand and product visibility.4.Product Lifecycle Management:- Monitor product performance in the market, regularly analyze data, and optimize product strategies based on results.- Be responsible for product pricing, channel management, and promotion planning.- Coordinate with after-sales service and technical support teams to resolve product issues and improve user satisfaction.5.Cross-Department Collaboration:- Act as a project leader, coordinating with R&D, sales, supply chain, and manufacturing departments to ensure product projects run according to plan.- Facilitate communication and collaboration with both internal and external partners to ensure smooth transitions from development to market launch.Qualifications:- Over 5 years of experience in product management in home appliance ( white goods industry such as refrigerators, washing machines, or air conditioners necessary).- Fluency in English, with the ability to work in an English-speaking environment.- Familiarity with product development processes, project management, and cross-department collaboration.- Strong market insight and data analysis skills, with the ability to write product requirement documents and market analysis reports.- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to mobilize resources to ensure project success.- Innovative thinking and strategic vision, with the ability to quickly capture market changes and adjust product strategies.- Ability to handle work pressure and strong time management skills
