Partners with manufacturing and quality in the identification, definition, and execution of projects and delivers technical requirements for the launch of products as well as continuous improvement of the product's supply chain capabilities. At this level, the position has a greater degree of impact on the business results and typically, responsibility for managing a group of professionals.**You will be responsible for**:Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:- Reporting to the SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER BWI SC, and responsible to develop and manage the portfolio of Supply Chain strategic projects to drive Quality, Growth, Delivery and Cost improvements globally across the BWI Supply Chain organization.- Drive the development and implementation of the BWI Strategy and the governance processes to manage the portfolio of strategic programs and projects.- Conduct effective strategy and business planning input processes, metrics, and scorecard reviews.- Implement standard best practices for project management, measurement, and prioritization.- Develop and define the master list of Supply Chain improvement projects within the BWI SC, including business case, resources, project timelines, deliverables, and metrics.- Establish program tracking and reporting to ensure tracking for key benefits realization and to meet the needs of the BWI Supply Chain Leadership Team
