**Requeriments**:English/Full Professional ProficiencyExperience 10 years in automotive industryValid VISA & PASSPORTExperiencie in the position**Basic fuctions**:- Management of projects necessary to complete dedicated customer programs, from RFQ to SOP.- Organize and communicate program and underlying project requirements according to the MEKRA project management procedures outlined in PDP.- Ensure clear program definition by using VOC, customer and market specs as well as MEKRA and supplier requirements.- Manage budget (including investments and tooling as well as soft project costs) throughout the project.- Ensure proper tracking of issues and assignment status, resources, timelines, budget, product cost and overall project objectives.- Conduct cross-functional reviews at key project points, to include representatives from executive management, quality, manufacturing, engineering, test & validation, materials, purchasing and other areas as appropriate including customer and suppliers.- Be an internal link in between all departments from sales to accounting, engineering to production and test and assure early involvement, interdisciplinary task definition and proper handoff between departments.- Manage assigned projects to comply with customer milestones regarding implementation time, cost and quality.- Assure timely, precise, and focused communication with all the stakeholders of the project.
