Activities:
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage employee compensation calculations, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Handle social insurance matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Facilities Management:Coordinate arrangements for employee accommodations, vehicles, and dining facilities.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing to interviewing and selection.
- Collaborate with teams to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Streamline the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Employee Relations:Foster and manage positive relationships with the workforce.
- Address employee concerns, maintaining a respectful and supportive environment.
- Handle interactions with labor unions, ensuring open communication and cooperation.
- Policy Implementation:Implement HR policies and procedures in line with company guidelines and regulations.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in human resources management, including supervisory roles.
- Sound knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
