Human Resources Manager

**Business Field**:
Company dedicated to the prefabrication of pipe coils, skids, pressure vessels, process equipment and special parts for the metal-mechanic industry.
**Location**: Marín, NL.
**Working time**: 7:30am a 5pm

Job profile

1) Knowledge of massive recruitment of operational personnel, capable of designing and executing recruitment and selection strategies appropriate to the needs of the business.
2) Negotiations and deal with union.
3) Knowledge and implementation of tabulators.
4) Knowledge of labor issues.
5) Experience in working with projects.
6) In charge of labor relations
7) In charge of medical issues, accidents, risk prevention
8) In charge of coordinating Training, Culture, Social Responsibility, Code of Ethics, Performance Evaluations
9) Internal marketing - employer brand
Updated social networks, projects achievements - internal communication (current people and potential people) 10)Schedules (proposals to coordinate schedules)

**Requirements**:
10 years of experience in Human Resources field
Experience inMass Recruitment - Manufacturing

**Knowledge and experience in**: equipment management,labor Relations, temporary contractunion membership, recruitment 4.0
Intermediate English Level
