REQUIRED LABOR EXPERIENCE IN QUERÉTARO AND LIVING CURRENTLY IN QUERÉTARO.Skills:Leadership, pro-activity, dynamic, motivated, and natural curiosity to discover and act on potentials for financial improvement, customer orientation, integrity, and teamwork.Software:SAP, Payroll system.Language:Fully bilingual in English & Spanish.Requirements:Minimum of 10 years of successful experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting.Anticipates potential problems regarding human capital based on business knowledge and, in coordination with the General Manager, develops adequate and sustainable solutions.Knowledge in payroll calculation to assure an accurate review.Confidently provides strategic guidance and coaching to the leadership team on decision-making and talent management.Develop a strategy for talent retention and create procedures to support the various areas within the organization.Experienced in managing and delivering on time against multiple priorities.Maintaining corporate trust and credibility through reliable results.Strong sense of initiative and perseverance.Proactive & results driven.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.Responsibilities:Responsible for payroll.Guides employees and area managers in their interpersonal relationships and conflict resolution.Support the General Manager by analyzing the annual business plan's headcount organizational structure, forecasts, and projections.Responsible for developing talent, training, and succession plans and ensuring completion within the specified timeframes.Legal responsibility for effectively managing contracts and confidently handling potential labor-related lawsuits.Guarantee that all employees work in a safe environment and do not experience any injury or health issues.Responsible for aligning human capital, processes, and solutions with the corporate business strategy.Responsible for reviewing compensation levels to ensure the workforce is under the market.Responsible for annual union negotiation and maintaining good professional relations.Ensure compliance with HR corporate policies, processes, and procedures.Ensures legal and regulatory compliance in the areas under responsibility.Responsible for compensation and annual benefits package.Responsible for Internal and external audits.Responsible for recruitment and selection.Maintain control of internal costs and always focus on P&L.Additional Requirements:Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura8 años de experienciaIdiomas: InglésConocimientos: SAP, Adaptación al cambio, Comunicación y persuasión, Negociación, Resolución de problemas, Nóminas, Microsoft OfficePersonas con discapacidad: SíPalabras clave: lider, jefe, gerente, manager, director, chief, lead, jefatura, regente, resources, human#J-18808-Ljbffr
