.**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**- Sr. Manager of Asset Protection (Tijuana) The Sr. Manager of Asset Protection (AP) oversees and is responsible for AP strategies, functions, and processes at the ELIOT/ETO facilities to ensure physical security systems, as well as procedures and policies, are effective in protecting EssilorLuxottica associates and merchandise. The Sr. Manager of AP in Tijuana has the collateral duty of supervising the ELIOT/ETO facilities. The Sr. Manager of AP reports directly to the Sr. Director of AP and supervises all AP personnel at ELIOT/ETO. Meets regularly with ELIOT/ETO leadership to identify potential issues and create plans for AP strategies. Directly supervises AP employees, administers performance reviews, provides adequate training, ensures high morale, and completes assignments and projects issued by the Sr. Director of AP. Coordinates the progress and completion of projects assigned to AP Leaders. Oversees contract security personnel. Develops and implements strategies and solutions to minimize losses. Ensures the facility is compliant with NA Supply Chain AP Policies & Procedures and Global Standards. Participate in regular status meetings the Sr. Director of AP. Collaborate with RXO and other Operations leaders to identify opportunities for special initiatives to minimize losses and/or reduce risk. Responsible for scheduling and coverage. Coordinates with the Senior Director of Asset Protection Supply Chain NA on special projects and initiatives.**Experiência y requisitos**- Oversees Internal investigations and routinely reviews the following to identify anomalies: o Social Mediao RFID Activationso LiveSafe / Associate Tipso Order Management System, P-Cards and Expenseso Inventory Discrepancies discovered by Inventory Control Team and RMAPSo Transportation Losses of incoming / outgoing shipments- Oversee all access control operations including but not limited to creation, editing and deactivation procedures. Oversees the implementation and repair of all AP Technology including inventory of this equipment. Identifies opportunities for additional technology
