**Overview**:We are looking for an IT manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company's computing needs.**Responsibilities**Ø Manage information technology and computer systemsØ Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operationsØ Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performanceØ Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and proceduresØ Ensure security of data, network access and backup systemsØ Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policyØ Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in timeØ Audit systems and assess their outcomesØ Preserve assets, information security and control structuresØ Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness**Requirements**:Ø Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experienceØ Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systemsØ Expertise in data center management and data governanceØ Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installationØ Ability to manage personnelØ BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar fieldTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de jornada:- Turno de 10 horasExperiência:- Gerente TI: 3 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
