Gerente De Tool Room

In this Role, your responsibilities will Be:- Mechanical workshop manager; planning and execution of activities.- Staff Administration.- Renovation and budget of the area.- Management and planning of procedures for delivery/reception of tools.- Maintain a list of critical spare parts and determine the maximum and minimum stock of these in the general warehouse.- Work together with fixture technicians in the development of new fixtures.- Support to the maintenance area in manufacturing and/or repair of damaged parts.- Support to any area of the plant in repairs or manufacturing.Who you are.- Communicates Effectively: Is effective in a variety of communication settings: one-on-one, small and large groups,or among various styles and position levels.- Manages Conflict: Reach difficult agreements and resolve disputes equitably.- Decision Quality: I rely on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment when making decisionsFor this role, You Will Need- Tool Room Department experience for 5 years- Conventional machinery- Staff AdministrationOur Offer to you- Some different benefits
