Gerente De Ventas

**Job Mission**:
This position is responsible for sales of Custom Molding/ Contract Manufacturing. To act as account managers for assigned customers. To develop new business for their respective facility, part price and gross margin monitoring and management. To act as liaison between customer and Flambeau departments as needed.

**Education/Certification Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree Business or Engineering, or related field preferred. Will consider appropriate combination of education and related experience.

**Experience, Skills and Requirements**:
Prefer minimum 2 years of similar experience in custom molding/contract manufacturing.

ERP system experience (IQMS/Delmia is a definite plus).

CRM system experience

General sales knowledge of the automotive industry.

English conversational, comprehension and writing.

Highly effective in building customer and colleague relationships.

Effective interpersonal skills, emphasis on the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Attention to details and disciplined approach to organizing and executing job responsibilities.

Knowledge of plastic injection or blow molding processes is preferable, but not required if you are otherwise the right professional for this position.

Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Willing and available to travel as needed to develop and maintain customers.
