**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:- Develop and put into action sales strategies and marketing programs across the North Central region.- Identify and pursue new opportunities to increase sales and expand into new regions and market specialities for both product lines (RIDGID and Greenlee).- Improve fieldwork efforts to promote products to end-users, supporting the distribution network in growing sales and improving market presence throughout the region.- Collaborate with the distribution network to develop strategies for optimizing inventory levels to effectively serve market demands.- Achieve annual sales goals while ensuring distributors optimize all ProAction benefits (discounts, MDF, and rebates).- Build and implement annual business plans, executive reports, presentations, forecasts, brand initiatives, and project tracking plans.- Manage multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively under time constraints.- Serve as the daily point of contact for distributors and end-users, ensuring alignment and support for business objectives.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, engineering or a related field.- Proven experience in sales or business development roles.- Strong analytical skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:- Experience in the industrial tools or construction industry.- Knowledge of inventory management strategies and distribution networks.- Familiarity with ProAction programs, including MDF and rebates.- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
