Job Profiles: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Administration, or related field Age: 30 years and above Experience: 5 years in a similar position, preferably in the software and Virtual Reality technology sector. English: B2 and above
Activities: Develop Commercial Strategies: Create and execute effective sales strategies focused on the software and Virtual Reality sector to drive business growth and expansion.
Prospecting and Client Development: Identify and prospect new clients, understand their needs, and present solutions aligned with the company's products and services.
Elite Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize each member's potential and achieve ambitious goals, using SPIN Selling techniques.
Sector Experience: Have a solid experience in the software sector, understanding trends and market needs in Virtual Reality.
Reporting and Follow-up: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, provide regular reports on progress towards goals, and provide updates to the Chief Commercial Officer, General Manager, and other company leaders.
Complete Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Quantifiable Performance: Establish key performance indicators based on the SPIN Selling methodology to evaluate team performance and ensure consistent growth each quarter.
