Production Planning and Execution:Manages the operational activities in the plant, within the applicable Nutreco standards and procedures, in order to achieve an efficient and effective execution and delivery of results.Coordinates production operations within a single plant that uses common production equipment, methods, and standards over multiple shifts.Directs unit supervisors in establishing and maintaining production schedules within established procedures and budgets.Maintenance and Repair (M&R):Oversees the mid and long-term maintenance planning for the assigned area, including budgets.Ensures that all maintenance activities (planned maintenance programmes, shut-downs, or emergency repairs) are planned and prioritized in order to prevent/rectify breakdowns and malfunctions and minimize business disruptions.Ensures that all maintenance activities regarding malfunctions, maintenance, repairs, and modifications are performed efficiently and safely, minimizing nuisance and/or stagnation in production.Leadership and People Management:Provides leadership in production and M&R, setting individual objectives, reviewing performance, and providing ongoing feedback.Manages and coaches a team of professionals, motivates employees through sincere feedback, and ensures team cooperation and mobility.Reporting:Develops and/or monitors relevant KPIs to maintain insight into the performance of the OpCo in the assigned area against set targets.Monitors established performance indicators, including variance reports, production reports, quality reports, and injury reports.Quality / HSE Compliance:Assures that all activities and operations are executed in line with HSE/Quality rules, regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Ensures compliance with safety rules and regulations to minimize industrial injuries and meet regulatory requirements.Continuous Improvement:Identifies and implements improvements to the OpCo's systems, processes, and practices to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
