Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments across all assets. Identify and address any non-compliance issues in a proper and timely manner. Develop and implement compliance plans and procedures**Permits Management**:Ensure proper and timely compliance of all permits awarded to the assets, including environmental and social impact resolutions, electricity and interconnection permits, reforestation efforts, all municipal, state and federal permits and licenses, among others. Lead the renewal and/or modifications of any permit or licenseas needed**Stakeholder Engagement**:Lead the interaction with CFE, CRE, CENACE, SEMARNAT, STPS, and any other authority that has jurisdiction over the assets' operations, to ensure complete compliance, meet any additional requirements and inquiries, attend to periodic compliance visits, among others. Lead and maintain positive and strong relationships with local authorities and community groups.**ESG Compliance**:Support the team in any ESG-related report, analysis, or requirement stated by investors, debtholders, or any other relevant stakeholder**Advisory Management**:Lead all relationships with external advisors regarding regulatory compliance, including attorneys, biologists, counselors, specialized advisors, among others**Reporting G Documentation**:Prepare and submit required regulatory reports and documentation, as needed, as well as maintain accurate records of regulatory interactions and compliance activities**Training and Education**:Provide training to project staff on regulatory requirements and compliance procedures. Raise awareness of regulatory issues and best practices**Perfil**:- Bachelor's degree in areas related to environment, law, electrical engineering or similar- Spanish Fluent/Advanced, English Intermediate- Advanced MS Office Suite
