You shall be relied on to manage operational activities that support the goals of the division and sets direction for its success.Through your expertise and extensive knowledge, you will be able to foster a culture that promotes innovation and thrives on doing better for patients and healthcare.**How You Will Achieve It**- Sets objectives for and manages multiple projects/ ongoing work activities of moderate complexity within Sub Business Unit/Sub Operating Unit.- Define, design and implement continuous improvement programs to ensure programs are integrated vertically and horizontally across organization.- Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure program success.- Installs process excellence supports for program governance, project reviews, communications, training, certifications and rewards.- Provide expertise, coaching and analysis in lean and other similar methodologies for continuous improvement initiatives at the site.- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering lean manufacturing processes for continuous improvement from Problem Definition through Standardization and Control (including use of our Human Error Prevention).- Work with functional departments for the purposes of matching solutions and deployment methodologies to the business situation and develop the necessary performance measures to gage success.- Build and maintain a diverse and inclusive team culture and support Pfizer's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion objectives within the business unit.**Qualifications****Must-Have**- Bachelor ' s Degree and 7+ years of experience- Capability with CI tools and/or desire to grow CI capabilities to further drive Continuous Improvement.- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute projects.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including listening, oral and written
