JOB DESCRIPTION Who are we looking for Required Skills Fluency in written & spoken German and English; with preference given to native speakers. Additional language(s) a plus (Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, or Russian) Scuba diving certified or strong interest in the activity Strong sales skills and commercial awareness Meet profit and sales targets Verbal and written communication skills Customer service oriented Team Player Basic level of proficiency with the Pack office and Google Workspace Preference will be given to applicants who already live in Playa del Carmen or nearby cities, or are willing to relocate to Playa del Carmen Commitment to a long-term working relationship Work Responsibilities Sell and plan stay & dive packages, transfers, and cultural tours through chat, email, and phone Coordinate transportation Work with clients to determine their needs Customer service: pre-booking and dealing with occurring problems, complaints, or refunds Compensation Attractive working conditions Fixed income plus sales commissions Paid vacation above local standards Assistance with the work permit application National Health Insurance Service Please send your resume, updated CV and a recent photo to ******!
