.ICodde is looking for a Change Management Specialist to join our team in the Mexico City office. The Change Management Specialist is responsible for various functions including service delivery, operations delivery, operations management, customer service, project management of transformation projects, or human resources.The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in Project Management, Change Management and Human Resources. To be a competent you should be patient and compassionate, have excellent listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required- A minimum of three years of experience leading Change Management projects- Experience in Agile environments and methodologies, like Scrum, or management of BABOK, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management PMP or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)- Use of Microsoft Office 365, JIRA, any ERP tools.- Technical knowledge in technologies, developments, etc. is an additional- Strong ability to multitask- Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, Jira or related software- English level intermediate at least. Upper intermediate or advanced is a big plus**Responsibilities**:1. Implement change management strategies and organizational design2. Ensure that products are adopted in a practical way by customers and users, a lot of change management within the transformation agenda.3. Anticipate how customers, users and employees will be affected by the changes; analyzing processes, structures and working with people at all levels to generate the ideal change management strategy.Generating the ideal change management strategy that will capitalize on the benefits of change and thechange and organizational design adjustments.4. Facilitating sessions with leaders and teams to training them on the changes5. Facilitates consultancies with leaders and teams to identify main roles, activities, to delimit the6. Work with communication, training, human resources and organizational development specialists in the formulation of organizational design plans and activities7. Ensure the long-term sustainability of the change8.
