If that sounds like a challenge you want to help tackle, we want you to join our team!The responsibilities as Land Agent is the Release of the Right of Way of the Project that contemplates in an enunciative and non-limiting way:- Execution of preliminary activities- Trace location and identification- Identification of properties and owners- Delivery of notice of interest, description of the Project and delivery of INDAABIN tabulator- Notification to SENER and SEDATU (supported by the legal area) - Start of Negotiations- Integration of file and obtaining Forest consent. - Topographic demarcation and quantification of BDT - Development of affectation sketches (with the support of Autocad)- File integration- Obtaining construction consent- Request for checks. (with the support of Administrative Assistant) - Follow-up of signing contracts- Notification of agreement reached (supported by the legal area) Transfer of owners to Validation Hearings- Defense of the ROW Attention to Owners in the Construction stage- Registration of contracts in RAN and RPP (supported by the legal area)- Obtaining the letter of completion of construction work - Notification of the start of Reforestation Programs - Commissioning Notification- Conclusion of delivery to Operations.- Evaluation and analysis of problems exposing alternative solutions. Land customer service:- Operations, Technical Services and Business Development.Minimum qualificationsEducation Bachelor's degree in engineering, law or relatedCareers Minimum 3 years experience dealing with landowners.Preferred qualifications- Effective communication and leadership skills.- Analytical skills and critical thinking applied in problem solving and negotiations.- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.- Knowledge of the Hydrocarbons Law, Laws, Guidelines and Official Norms related to the industry.- Experience in the quantification and calculation of effects on crops, buildings, fences, etc. (Non-Land Goods).- Knowledge and handling of geographic and/or cadastral information.- Interpretation and use of Master Appraisals, Specific Appraisals and INDAABIN Tabulators.- Focused on achieving solid results and lasting agreements.About our businessTC Energy is a leading energy infrastructure company in North America.
