Work closely with the recruiting team and candidates to schedule and confirm interviews. Schedule interview feedback sessions. Create offer letters and send for approval. Partner with HR to ensure a smooth offer & onboarding process. Provide responsive and proactive customer service. Perform various administrative duties that support the recruiting function, such as data entry, candidate travel booking and candidate expenses processing. Support the team in resolving any technology issues as they may relate to candidate phone or video interviews. Provide excellent customer service to the talent acquisition team and executive stakeholders.Key responsibilitiesRecruitment: Carry out routine recruitment support tasks and assist others by following established procedures. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.Resolving Customer Issues: Respond to basic customer issues, such as returns, and escalate issues appropriately.Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Carry out a range of onboarding and/or offboarding procedures (for example, obtaining references, conducting background checks, and other basic vetting procedures) to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely completion.Assessment Center Design: Support the creation of assessment centers; adjust content as directed; draft documentation; record assessment observations; and provide feedback to line management.Administration: Conduct data entry into company systems, and review and verify the information to ensure accuracy and accessibility.Correspondence: Open and distribute mail, and use form letters or emails to respond to routine requests.Screen Candidate Applications: Check candidate applications to identify those that have not been fully completed and remove them from the recruitment process.Candidate Pipeline: Add data to the database of potential candidates for management and professional roles using established talent attraction and engagement processes and tools.Personal Capability BuildingValues & BehavioursIngenious: Driving continuous improvement - Knows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
