Whole Salers, Manufacture Direct.*Responsibilities*- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives.- Manage territory sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and upselling existing accounts.- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with your accounts, our business is strongly built for repeat customers and establishing a book of business.- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.- Collaborate with our sales teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and service delivery.- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.*Qualifications*- Proven experience in territory sales management or similar roles, preferably in building supply or home renovation sales.- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.- Experience in upselling products or services to existing customers.- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.- Proficiency in Spanish and other language is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
