This role entails spearheading global sales, overseeing international accounts, and expanding our business.You will collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to ensure the successful delivery of our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and acting as a trusted advisor whilst championing Kynetec and all we have to offer.This is a high-impact position that offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to our organisation's growth and success.Responsibilities:Achievement of global sales revenue targets:You plan sales and work with our finance team to finalise budgets for the fiscal year.You conduct global sales meetings and prepare proposals based on client needs.You follow up on sales initiatives and drive those towards success.You are responsible for administrative tasks around sales bookings and invoicing.You keep track of sales revenue targets for your clients.Account management & client presentations:You build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.You handle client complaints and find solutions to issues raised.You respond to specific questions clients may have with regards to our data (run additional queries, give training to our tools, etc.).You prepare for personal or online presentations and conduct these presentations. You also provide input/feedback to further optimize our presentation documents for the future.You stay close to our key client contacts to understand their current market situation during a workshop and based on preliminary results or interim results (what questions do clients want to see answered based on our data?)
