In this position you will get to work hand-in-hand with a diverse global tequila team, world-class agencies, and a broad community of regional partners all over the world to unlock the full potential of our extraordinary tequila brands."_Meaningful Work From Day OneThe Global Brand Manager, Tequilas will be directly involved in the development of innovation, communications, toolkits, and guidelines at the global level. They also support global Tequila markets in localization efforts to ensure the right balance between globally led and locally infused.The Global Brand Manager, Tequilas will acquire proficiency in all aspects related to the business, from production, to finance, to brand building. The Global Brand Manager must continuously build an enterprise mindset and be capable of adding value in all dimensions of the business.What You Can Expect- Support the development and implementation of B-F's Tequilas long term vision and strategy.- Collaborate exceptionally well with multiple internal and external contacts including IMC, Finance, Design, Production, and Homeplace, as well as regional marketing teams and agencies.- Provide guidance and support to regional marketing teams, maximizing the leverage of global resources, and promoting best-practice sharing.- Manage global and market-specific innovation and packaging projects.- Lead agencies and internal teams for the creation of global campaign assets, guidelines and toolkits.- Facilitate stakeholder access to all available global brand content and assets.- Complete robust analytics and diagnosis of business and consumer issues and opportunities to influence brand plans globally and in local markets.- Attend regional and local planning meetings and events on behalf of the brand.- Continuously seek resource optimization and cost-saving opportunities.What You Bring to the Table- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, or marketing-related experience.- Background in spirits industry or FMCG.- Experience working with internal and external cross-functions including consumer insights, finance, production, sales, as well as creative, media, and PR agencies.- Experience managing innovation and new product development projects.- Highly collaborative and an ability to create strong working relationships- Excellent persuasiveness and conflict management skills- Superior organization and time-management skills.- Ability to lead multiple projects and manage cross-functional teams to deliver on time.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn "insights to actions"
