.**Corporate Services**:Give your colleagues the environment they need to succeed in a hybrid world, from designing our workplaces to developing sustainability programs.**Your key responsibilities**In this role you will be primarily responsible for supporting our Infrastructure Engineering and Network groups as a strategic procurement partner. You will be a vital part of the decision-making process partnering with senior stakeholders. You will be expected to have an expert view on commercial topics and to co-ordinate and influence multiple aspects of decision-making process with an ability to keep an eye on details as well as to support high level strategic plans. Key focus areas for Infrastructure Hardware, Software and Services related to: Compute, Storage, Network Hardware. Key providers are Cisco, Netapp, Pure, Palo Alto, F5. Etc. You will partner with our Engineers to capture and understand the asset based of our existing state, manage and negotiate maintenance for that, manage underlying software elements and find ways to effectively manage our technology refresh cycles; including buying new assets and managing the lifecyle of those.Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: run end to end sourcing projects (including RFI/P/Q) with key emphasis on the actual bidding and price negotiation process. Key focus on getting the best price as well as the best overall deal terms. Other than the strategic sourcing aspects, the role also includes recurring operational activities: hands-on order management, supplier performance management and QBRs, weekly backlog and shipment reports, supplier performance escalations managing deliveries and coordinating goods receipt. Active stakeholder management and routine meetings are also part of the scope. In this role you will be based in Monterrey, but would have a unique global coverage working with, Europe and US regions and will report to a Budapest based manager
