A top priority in our global digital strategy agenda is the Sales Effectiveness Program, which focuses on optimizing all components of the sales value chain to drive revenue growth and productivity. This program lays the foundation for a seamless cross-functional and omni-channel integrated experience for PEP sales teams. Within the Sales Effectiveness program, several digital products are being developed to upskill and reskill our associates.The B2B program is one of the three products poised to take our Go-To-Market (GTM) transformation to the next level, enabling a digital approach to efficiently engage with independent customers, driving incremental net revenue (NR) growth via store-specific targets, facilitating digital ordering, and enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.The role of the Global SE B2B Change Management Manager is a new strategic position that will oversee the design of the change management (CM) methodology for the B2B program. This includes developing the change strategy, stakeholder engagement plan, change impact assessment, and other critical components to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of the B2B digital solutions across various sectors and markets.The Global SE B2B Change Management Manager will assume a strategic, advisory, and leadership role in the design, development, implementation, and sustainability of global B2B Change and Capability/Learning playbooks and tools.
